How can I see when a member last logged onto Client View?

Resolution

This information can be found in the Member Console, whether on the Business Level or at the Fund Level.

To view all members at the Business level

Navigate to Business Level > Members > Member Console

1. Select the Contact Details radio button
2. The Last Logged On Column shows when the members have last logged on
   
   

To view a member in a specific fund

Navigate to Fund Level > Members > Member Console

1. Select the Contact Details radio button
2. The Last Logged On Column shows when the members have last logged on
