Issue
When a client tries to log into Client View, they see the below message:
"Class is temporarily unavailable. We are performing scheduled maintenance and will be back online soon."
Resolution
To resolve this issue follow the steps for either Windows users or Mac users.
For Windows users
- Press Ctrl+F5 to clear the browser cache
For Mac users (using Safari)
- Open Safari and click on Safari in the top menu bar
- Select Preferences > Privacy
- Click on Manage Website Data
- Scroll down until you find the entry for Class
- Highlight the entry for Class and click the Remove
