How do I add a new Access Controller to my business?
Resolution
As this role gives a higher level of access, the request must be sent through to support@class.com.au by the current Access Controller. If the Access Controller is not available the request needs to be sent by a partner, director or the business owner in order for a user to be set up with the elevated role.
In the request, please state the full name and email address of the person who needs to be added as an Access Controller.
