How can I request a Corporate Action that is not currently available in Class?

Resolution

Lodge a support request for a Corporate Action, providing the following details for the Class Compliance Team:

• Supporting documentation including ATO Class ruling or tax treatment information from reputable legal or accounting firms
• Statement from share registries or clients to confirm the Corporate Action details
• Details from the corporate website explaining the Corporate Action details
• CCH CGT Reporter summaries

For Corporate Actions with multiple options and hence tax treatments, Class will always implement the default/most popular option. Corporate Action fact sheets will usually be updated to include a manual workaround for the less popular and non-default option not supported in Class, where applicable.
