This article provides information on how to configure your brand/s. You are able to have default relationships and settings at a brand level. You can also create a new brand. For more information on how brands fit in the Class hierarchy, please see the user guide article here.
Brand Details
Navigate to Business Level > Settings > Brand Details
Tabs are available for Brand Details, Contact Details (including address information), and Relationships. You can also select which White Label will be used as the brand default.
The Edit button must be clicked before details can be changed.
Setting up Default Brand Relationships
Navigate to Business Level > Settings > Brand Details
- Click on Relationships Tab.
- Select either the Related Organisation or Related People to be added.
- Click on the menu icon , and then select Make Default.
Setting up Brand Defaults
Navigate to Business Level > Settings > Brand Settings
Fund Defaults and Investment Register Settings can be customised through this menu.
These will be inherited from Business settings (if set) or from Community level, i.e., Class defaults. Changing details at Brand level will override the settings at the business level.

New Brand
Navigate to Business Level > Settings > New Brand
- Start Date of the brand. Will default to today's date.
- The Brand Code is a shortened identifier of the Brand, and should generally be all lower case and have no spaces.
- The Full Name of the brand.
- The default white label to use for the brand.
