Change Brand Setting
The Change Brand Setting allows an Access Controller to restrict Change Brand functionality in a Business, to Access Controllers (default) or users with Read and Write access.
Read and Write access users include the roles of Access Controller, Administrator, Feed Administrator & Tax Agent. If this setting is selected each of those users in a Business will be able to change Brands.
Navigate to Business > Settings > Security > Change Brand Settings
This setting will only be visible to Access Controllers to see and update
To update the setting to Read and Write Access:
- Click drop-down at Restricted To
- Select Read and Write Access
- Click Save
Users with Brand level or Fund level restrictions will not be able to Change Brands for an entity.

- Type, then select the name of the Brand or the Brand code from the drop down list where you want that entity to move to, in the field of "Confirm brand destination".
- Click on the button "Move Entity" (this button will appear greyed out until all three prior fields are entered)
If you don't know which Brand the entity is in, you can search by the entity first.
If the Brand and entity name or code is less than 3 characters and doesn't show up when you type it in the fields, type the first characters plus additional characters then backspace to identify the name or code you wish to select.
When the brand to brand transfer is processed successfully, an information box will be showed and advise you to consider to update the White Label for this entity. You can click on "Take me there" button, to access the "White Labels" page.
