Introduction

Class has the below functionality to process the Authority Form in bulk at the Business Level:

• download the Authority Form in bulk
• upload the Authority Form in bulk
• review the Authority Form in bulk

Prerequisite

The data feed has been set up in each Fund with the information.

How to generate the Authority Form in bulk

Navigate to Business Level > Reports > New Report Packages

1. Search for "Sample Data Feed Letter"
2. Click "Run" button
   
3. Select the Funds that need the Authority Form to be generated.
4. Click "Run" button
   
5. Click the "Download" button once the Authority Form generation has been completed.
   

How to upload the Authority Form in bulk

Navigate to Business Level > Feeds > Feeds Console

1. Click on "Review Uploaded Authority Forms"
   
2. Click "Select Files"
3. Select the file to upload and click "Open"
   
4. Click the "Upload" button
   

When the file(s) have been successfully loaded, you will receive the following message:

How to review the Authority Form in bulk

Navigate to Business Level > Feeds > Feeds Console

1. Click on "Upload Authority Forms"
   
2. Select the file that needs to be reviewed. This will download the pdf file.
   To review failed pages click on the menu icon to the right-hand side of any file and click on Pages that failed to load.
