The cash feed data balance not be reconciled with the ledger data balance if a HUB24 account has any underlying foreign currency holdings The Class and HUB24 development teams are working on resolving the issue.
Some interim Distributions and Distribution - Tax Statements for FY24 may not have been deleted correctly which results in duplicate entries. Class is working with HUB24 to rectify this issue as soon as possible. Some Distribution - Tax Statements are not loaded into Class. Class development team is investigating the issue. Meanwhile, if you have any missing distributions or distribution - tax statements please try request history from 1/7/2023 to 1/7/2024.

1. There is currently an issue with cash transactions coming from Netwealth feed. It shows transactions called "Asset Purchase" and "Asset Sale" that are not shown on Netwealth cash transaction report. We don't have the ETA yet for the fix. The current workaround is to delete them manually on Class.
2. We have currently identified an issue with some Netwealth cash accounts not loading since end of September 2024. Class is working with Netwealth to investigate and fix this issue. |
