Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker / Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account No* This is the Dash/WealthO2 "Account ID" (can be any number of digits)
Account ID: 34321
Product Set to "DASH"

*Wealth O2 accounts contain an account ID and a client ID. Only the account ID will work for data feed purposes. If you are unsure which account number is the account ID please clarify with the Wealth O2 adviser.
- Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked the system will create new investment accounts which could cause duplication of investment accounts that can be challenging to correct.
Authority Process
- Email the Adviser using the following template:
Dear Adviser,
Can you please arrange with Wealth O2 by emailing them at datafeeds@dash.zendesk.com to
provide a data feed to the Class for the following accounts:
Account Name Account Number ................... ..........................
Kind Regards,
- Add the adviser code per How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class.
- Once confirmation has been received change the status of the account to "Waiting on Provider".
1. You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
