Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Auditors is setup slightly differently to other roles.
In this article you will learn the steps involved for the Access Controller to add the revised Auditor Admin role to an existing Auditor.

Setting up an Auditor Admin
Navigate to Business Level > Business > Business Contacts
- The Access Controller from this screen will select the existing auditor contact person
- Select the Roles tab
- Select + Add Role
- Select Auditor Admin
- Complete any additional information such as Professional Body, Membership Number and SMSF Auditor Number
- Select Save

Invite the auditor to the Auditor Admin role by selecting the icon, and select Send Invitation.
Once the Auditor Admin role has been assigned to the Auditor contact, all related business and funds will be transferred across.

Accepting the Auditor Admin role
The auditor will receive an email invitation after being invited to the Auditor Admin role. Once the Auditor has clicked the Accept link in their email invitation, they will be taken to the Class login screen, asked for their Username and Password, and will then be prompted to establish Multi-Factor Authentication.

Creating Auditor Representative
The Auditor Admin role will allow the user to add the Auditor Representative Role to additional staff members within their organisation.
- Navigate to the User Icon and then select Manage Auditor Representatives to launch the Auditor Portal
- Enter the Audit Firm Details to move onto the Auditor list page and then click Save
- Click on New Auditor
- The New Auditor box will appear. Complete the details then click INVITE (An email invitation will be sent to the new Auditor Representative)
The status of all auditors will change to 'Invitation Accepted' once the Invitation has been accepted. Also, Auditor Representatives can be deleted by clicking the bin icon.
Accepting the Auditor Representative role
The Auditor Representative will receive an email invitation with a link to accept the new role and set up MFA. If the user does not have a current login, they will be prompted to create one.

Auditor Representative will be able to view all Businesses and Funds, the Auditor Admin has access.
