You can quickly select multiple checkboxes by clicking the first tick box, holding shift and clicking the last tick box, it will select all the checkboxes in between.
Date Shortcuts

| Day | The first three letters of any day will give the most recent date of that day | Mon |
| Month | The first three letters of any month will give the current day of that month this year | Jan |

| Last | Days or months will give the previous occurrence of that date |
