Tax Statements Collection
Before we dive into this month’s topics, we’d like to extend our thanks to those who have already submitted FY2025 Annual tax statements. Your contributions are invaluable in helping us complete the 2025 tax processing as efficiently as possible.
Class team is actively collecting copies of FY2025 annual tax statements to build and update our central database. This database is essential for enabling Automated tax statement generation across the Class platform, benefiting the entire Class community. We would greatly appreciate it if you can provide us with the annual tax statements your funds hold.
If you have more Annual tax statements, please continue submitting them via one of the following methods:
- Option 1: Upload the tax statement to Fund > Fund Documents in Class, then email the fund code to support@class.com.au.
Option 2: Email a scanned copy of the tax statement directly to support@class.com.au. Please ensure any sensitive information is appropriately redacted before submission.

Feed setup process
Setting up a new feed and unsure about the process? Check out Data Feeds Overview article, which lists all the products supported by Class. Feed Console status
Have you ever been unsure about what a specific feed status means in the Feeds Console? You’re not alone—and we’re here to help. The Feed Console Statuses article outlines six key filters used to categorise the stages of a feed, explains the various status types, and provides clear guidance on the actions required for each to get a clear, step-by-step understanding and make managing your feeds easier and more efficient. -
Feed Rejection status
If your have a feed that is "Rejected by Provider", you can view the rejection reason directly in Class by navigating to the Feeds Console, selecting the rejected feed, and checking the status details. This will help you determine the appropriate next steps to resolve the issue. All provider response messages and the corresponding next steps are documented in this Help article. -

Pension Accounts
August is a great time to review pension accounts within your funds. Below are some key aspects to consider when managing pension accounts and pension-related transactions:

Pension Establishment
Whether you’re setting up a new pension, converting to a TRIS, or updating the Relevant Number or more, we have Pension Establishment Summary Article which has links to all knowledge articles related to the establishment of a pension in Class. -
Pension Review
Conducting a pension review is essential to ensure the minimum pension is calculated accurately for the financial year. You can refer to the Pension Review article for detailed information on how to perform a pension review. -
Setup Transaction Rules for Pension Drawdowns
If a member has set up to receive monthly pension payments, creating transaction rules can help streamline the processing. These rules ensure the system accurately allocates the payments as they are made. For setup guidance, refer to the Transaction Rules for Pension Drawdowns article. -
Checking Minimum Pension Withdrawn
As meeting the minimum pension requirement each financial year is essential, it's important to monitor withdrawals regularly. You can track withdrawals to date for any financial year by either running the Pension Limit Report from the Run Report section or by Navigating to Members > Member Console, selecting the relevant financial year, and then choosing Pension Limits.
