Overview
Class reports are receiving updates including updated content and fresh new design to improve readability, consistency, and usability of the reports.
From 20th Sep 2025 updates have been made to the Notes of text-based reports.
Required Action
Updates to existing Report Packs at the Business level are required to capture the latest Notes contents for reports.
Updating reports in Report Packs will ensure reports run as part of Report Packs match reports run as single reports.
Navigate to Business Level > Reports > Maintain Report Packages
You can delete existing Report Packs and create new ones, or it is sufficient to update existing Report Packs and complete the following steps:
- Select Report Pack
- Navigate to Reports Tab
- Select Manage Reports
- Remove the any of the 11 reports listed in the table below by selecting the cross
- Re-add any of the removed reports, you can update the order by dragging a report up or down
- Save changes
Once you save the changes the Report Pack will have the latest Notes saved.
Reports with Updated Notes
The following table lists 11 reports that have had Notes updates. These reports should be removed and re-added to Report Packs to capture the latest changes.
All Notes have been updated to 'inherited font' and 'inherited size', which will make them compatible with both the existing and updated reports. Some report have content updates as well in the Notes. The old and new text for the notes that were updated are attached and can be downloaded from the table below.

If I clone a Report Pack will this update the Notes?
No, it will retain the previous Notes.
Once I've updated a Report Pack can I clone it to save changes for another Report Pack?
Yes, you may want to do this to update prior year report packs.
What will happen if I don't update existing Report Packs?
Some reports run as a Single Report may have slight differences to those run as part of Report Packs.
What should I do with Report Packs that we don't use anymore?
It's best to delete these
How do I update the font to match the report if I've previously customised a note?
Under Report Defaults and in the Report Pack you can select the note text and update this to 'inherited font' and 'inherited size'
