Some accounts haven't received data since the 25th of July 2025. Please contact your advisers to request them to re-register the affected account numbers on their AMP North platform and send through historical transaction data to cover the period of missing information.

We are currently aware of the following issues affecting MyNorth data in Class:

• Cash transfer out transactions from a main cash account to an SMA cash account are not currently uploaded into Class. We are working with MyNorth to investigate and resolve this.
• Cash‑in transactions with the description “fund manager rebate” or “rebate” are not currently uploaded. Class development team is working on a fix.
• Purchase transactions funded by a main cash account are not uploading due to a data format issue. We are investigating this with MyNorth.

1. Class has updated the Do Not Load Before Date to 20/09/2025 for all active BT Panorama accounts.
This change was made in response to an update from the data feed provider. Starting from 20/09/2025, the signage for AMIT adjustments on the feed files has been reversed—positive AMIT amounts now decrease the cost base, whereas previously they increased it.
By updating the Do Not Load Before Date, Class ensures that distribution tax statements received before this date remain unaffected when a refresh file is received from BT Panorama. This helps maintain the accuracy of historical tax data and prevents unintended changes.

2. From 16 May 2026, transactions relating to delisted securities will no longer be uploaded to Class. When requesting a historical file that includes delisted securities, transactions that occurred prior to the delisting date will also not be uploaded. This is because, once a security is delisted, it is classified as an unlisted security in the data feed files, and transactions for unlisted securities are not supported.

• Certain tax statements cannot be loaded into Class as they contain negative income components. Class is investigating how to resolve this for the HUB24 feed - meanwhile you may need to manually create or adjust an existing statement to reconcile the investment.
• HUB24 accounts trading in foreign currency may experience issues reconciling their bank account. Class is investigating how to resolve this problem

Some accounts received incorrect foreign trades transactions because the exchanges rates were incorrect.

The Provider has now refreshed the feed and sent through amended transactions with the correct exchange rate to replace the incorrect ones.

If you have any Nab Trade account that contain foreign trades, please check they match the cash transaction and are not duplicated.

For further assistance, please raise a support ticket and request the Feeds Operations Team review the portfolio.
